Located near the Sprint Campus and Leawood Town Center Development, The Galleria will offer market rate apartment units with resort quality amenities. The new apartment complex will be a part of the larger Galleria development that includes retail along Nall Avenue. LAND3 collaborated with Hoefer Welker Architects to develop the site amenities and landscape spaces. A center park space complete with water features and amphitheater seating links retail and residential while anchoring the development restaurant and nightlife businesses of the development. A large portion of the building entry spaces and all of the pool courtyard sit on a below ground roof deck. LAND3 designed and developed these spaces.
