Whitney joins us from California, where he has spent the decade collaborating with landscape architecture firms. During this time, he honed his design and production skills and gained valuable experience in client interaction. Whitney is passionate about diving, which has fostered his respect for marine ecosystems and his interest in designing and creating artificial reefs. Before joining LAND3, Whitney worked with an artificial reef construction group, where he performed underwater relocation and habitat clustering, installed oyster habitats, and provided underwater photography and videography services. Whitney and his partner Morgan have a brilliant six-year-old daughter, Natalia.
Roby provides conceptual design and technical expertise to LAND3’s design process and has past experience in resort design, urban re-development, and eco-tourism. Along with keeping the art of hand graphics alive, Roby knows construction documentation forwards and backwards. Give Roby a sketch and he’ll generate construction documents over-night……maybe a little longer.
